Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between me and you, the customer. I make information and services available to you, the customer who must follow the rules.
- You must provide your own Washington State Hunting and/or Fishing license valid for the current year. Yes, you need a fishing license to bowfish common carp in the State of Washington.
- You must sign a liability waiver form.
- If hunting, you must supply a favorite hunting location or hunting lease.
- You will provide all your food and drinks.
- You will provide all your lodging, tenting or camping arrangements.
- You will abide by all local and state laws.
- There will be no verbal or other abuse toward the guide or his assigns.
- All Children undr 18 must be accompanied by a guardian adult.
- You must provide all hunting equipment and clothing.
- We can provide bowfishing equipment but you can use your own.
- You must have fun!
